Traffic Diversion Program

Madison County Attorney's Office 

The Madison County Attorney’s Office offers a diversion program for individuals charged with certain traffic offenses.  The County Attorney Traffic Safety Program or "CATS" Program provides those cited with minor traffic offenses the opportunity to watch an online driver's safety course as an alternative to appearing in court and being convicted.  The charges will be dismissed for those that successfully complete the program.  The cost of the program is $150.00.
